The Services are intended for residents, tenants, community committee members and other authorised users. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services.
• Misuse registration, payment or communication features.
• Disrupt or interfere with the operation or security of the Services.

3. Account and Access

Access may be provided through secure login methods such as one-time links or codes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

4. Payments

Community dues, invoices and other charges may be paid through the payment gateways integrated into the Services. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Visitor and Vehicle Registration

When registering visitors or vehicles, you confirm that you are authorised to share their details and accept responsibility for the conduct of guests you register.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to use the Services respectfully and in line with any applicable community rules. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or community guidelines.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software and materials provided as part of the Services are owned by or licensed to Cotaq Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cotaq Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
