Site settings
Admin → Settings. Three things live here.
The contact address for your community. Residents are shown it when they hit a limit — the vehicle cap, for instance — or need to reach you.
Use an address the committee actually monitors. A personal address belonging to a committee member who rotates off next year will quietly become a dead end.
WhatsApp phone number
Shown for reference, marked Managed by Teras. You can't change it. This is the number your residents message /login to sign in.
If it says Not configured, residents cannot sign in at all — contact Teras.
Billplz
Payment credentials. Without them, billing is unavailable: Admin → Billing shows a red notice and no way to create a collection.
You need two values from your Billplz account:
- Secret key
- X-Signature key
Once saved, the section shows Configured and a green confirmation. The keys are never shown again — not to you, not to anyone. To change them, tap Edit and enter both afresh. Leaving a field blank keeps the current value.
Store the keys in your committee's own password manager as well. Teras won't be able to read them back to you.
Treat these as committee property
Whoever is admin can change all of this. When committee members change, hand over the Billplz credentials deliberately rather than assuming the next person can look them up — they can't.
