Pay my bills

Community bills — maintenance fees and the like — appear under Invoices.

Reading the list

Each row shows the bill, the amount, and where it stands:

  • Issued — published early, for a period that hasn't started yet. You can pay it now if you want to, but nothing is owed.
  • Due — not paid yet, and not yet past the due date.
  • Overdue — past the due date and still unpaid.
  • Paid — settled. Nothing to do.

An issued invoice counts as outstanding nowhere — the WhatsApp bot won't list it among what you owe. It's here, and payable, whenever you want to get ahead.

Paying

Tap any invoice to open its payment page. You'll see the amount, what it's for, and your household's details. Tap the pay button and you're handed to the payment gateway to pay by online banking or card.

When the payment goes through you land on a confirmation page, and the invoice flips to Paid. That happens automatically — you don't need to send anyone a receipt.

If you closed the tab mid-payment and aren't sure whether it went through, reopen the invoice. The status is the source of truth: if it still says Due, the payment didn't complete, and it's safe to try again.

A few things worth knowing

  • The payment page works without signing in, so you can forward the link to whoever actually pays the bills in your household.
  • Only households with a main contact registered get invoices at all. If everyone else has a bill and you don't, that's usually why — see My household.
  • A cancelled invoice can no longer be paid. If one you were expecting to pay has been cancelled, your community admin did that deliberately — ask them.

Questions about the amount

Teras shows you what your community billed. It doesn't set the amount, decide the due date, or issue refunds. For anything about what you're being charged, contact your community admin.
